We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our store management team as an Assistant Store Manager. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving daily operations, coaching teammates, and delivering results. They will play a key role in creating a high-performing, customer-focused store that meets and exceeds sales and profitability objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the achievement of sales, profitability, and other key objectives for the store through effective leadership and strategic planning.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team that shares our values and mission.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation and maintain brand standards of an organized and appealing sales floor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
