Customer Lifecycle Development Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global CLM and customer development strategy, aligned with group CLM goals.
- Define and implement customer journeys, lifecycle communications, and personalized direct campaigns at scale.
- Lead segmentation, targeting, and automation to maximize ARR from Small and Medium Business (SMB) and agency Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Ensure CRM data quality and leverage customer and product trigger insights to optimize campaigns and the overall customer experience.
- Manage planning, reporting, analysis, and performance across one.com markets, guiding and coaching local CRM specialists.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and brand teams to ensure lifecycle initiatives align with global priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer development roles, ideally in SaaS or hosting.
- Proven experience designing and scaling lifecycle programs internationally.
- Hands‑on experience with automation, segmentation, and personalization.
- Background in subscription-based business models.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Expertise in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance global strategy with local execution needs.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
