Your mission
In this role, you'll take an active lead in shaping the entire customer journey: you design and manage automated CRM flows, newsletter formats, and lifecycle campaigns that drive activation, reactivation, and long-term engagement. Through smart segmentation and data-driven personalization, you ensure highly relevant, cross-channel communication that resonates with our audiences.
Within campaign management, you take full end-to-end ownership— from strategic planning to multi-channel execution (email, in-app, push, social) and performance evaluation. Leveraging deep analytical insights, you develop optimization strategies that sustainably lift our conversion and retention rates.
As a key growth driver within our existing customer base, you systematically identify cross- and upselling opportunities and design initiatives to increase customer lifetime value. Working closely with Product, Data, our Content team, and Compliance, you ensure that all communication remains impactful, precise, and fully compliant within a regulated environment. At the same time, you introduce fresh ideas around automation, reporting, and personalization, helping to continuously advance and refine our CRM landscape.
