Responsibilities

As our Customer Onboarding Manager for the DACH region, you’ll steer multiple projects at once: onboarding a hotel chain before lunch, fine‑tuning workflows for a logistics giant in the afternoon. It gets hectic sometimes, but you love that kind of energy.

You kick off every project with razor‑sharp analysis: What’s the real challenge? How does the client actually work? What’s realistic within the timeline? You manage stakeholders with clarity and precision, ensuring everyone from our developers to the client’s leadership knows what’s happening and why.

Your onboardings don’t just “go live”; they stick. You dig into how teams really operate, train power users with empathy, and move comfortably across all levels of an organization. Whether it’s a fast‑growing SME or a global player, you adapt fast and deliver results.

You’ll travel regularly across Germany and work hybrid: partly from home, partly with colleagues and customers. Expect variety, short project cycles (3–4 months), and a solid support network around you. And if you spot ways to improve how we train, onboard or implement, perfect. We love people who make things smarter, smoother, and better for our clients and for us.

Qualifications

  • 3‑5 years of experience as a Customer Onboarding Manager or in a similar role.
  • Solid project management skills, you’re used to leading multiple client projects at once (up to 17 across different phases).
  • You’re calm under pressure, quick to adapt, and thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.
  • Comfortable with software. You don’t code, but you understand systems and can explain them like a pro.
  • Languages: German and English (C1). Other languages are a plus, but not required.
  • Willing to travel across Germany for onsite client visits and to our HQ in The Hague on a monthly basis.
