Customer Operations Coordinator

Your Responsibilities: Customer Service & Customer Coordination Main point of contact for customers regarding

order status, delivery dates, and shipments Maintain and monitor

customer orders in the ERP system (SAP) Coordinate

changes to delivery dates and quantities

after internal alignment Provide

structured and solution-oriented customer communication Close collaboration with internal departments ( Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics ) Document relevant processes, agreements, and decisions Contribute to the

continuous improvement of cross-functional processes Interface with Production Planning Communicate

customer demand and scheduling changes

to production planning Provide customers with

realistic delivery dates

based on internal coordination Ensure transparency regarding

delivery risks

and escalate when necessary Support the stability of

day-to-day operational processes Interface with Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinate with

Supply Chain

regarding material availability affecting customer orders Coordinate

shipping schedules

and collaborate with logistics providers Clarify

delivery deviations and transport issues

in coordination with internal teams Support operational execution

without purchasing or contract responsibility

Your Profile: Completed

commercial or technical training , or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in

Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, or a production environment Experience in a

cross-functional coordination role within a manufacturing company Solid knowledge of

export processes and customs documentation Experience in

medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry

is an advantage Experience with

AEO status and related authorisations Practical experience in

logistics environments and working with logistics service providers Strong understanding of

operational processes and dependencies Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented

working style Strong

communication skills and assertiveness Confident use of

ERP systems (SAP), MS Office, and IAA+ Very good German and good English skills
