We are looking for Customer Quality Engineer - ESS (all genders) for our team!

• You will support an assigned clientele with regard to customer-related quality issues
• You will process customer complaints together with the responsible departments in Europe and China
• You regularly take part in meetings with customers and internal departments
• You maintain customer portals for the defined quality topics
• You ensure that customer-related requirements are up to date and check the requirements for changes
• You ensure on-site activities with our customers

• You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, a comparable degree or completed training, preferably in the electrical engineering/photovoltaic sector
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position and/or as a customer project manager (preferably with an assigned customer base)
• You are confident in using MS Office and are familiar with B2B customer portals
• You are able to communicate confidently in an international environment thanks to your good command of English and strong communication skills
• You are characterized by an independent way of working and a high degree of flexibility
• The position requires a willingness to travel internationally
