Customer Quality Engineer

We are working with a leading player in intelligent sensors and embedded motor controllers for automotive and industrial electronics. Your Role

Execute customer quality-related processes (APQP, safe introduction, change notification, incident resolution).
Coordinate root cause analysis, containment, corrective and preventive actions.
Handle customer incidents, including preparation of 8D reports in line with customer requirements.
Define and manage task priorities to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through calls, meetings, and visits.
Act as the main point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues.
Initiate and manage escalations to safeguard customer expectations.

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in electrical and/or quality engineering, ideally within semiconductor manufacturing.
Knowledge of automotive quality standards, tools, and systems (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3).
Familiarity with statistical methods (e.g., Weibull) and understanding of magnetic sensors/microcontrollers is a plus.
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
