Mission

In this role you will manage the operational Customer Retention & Renewal program in the DACH region, ensuring global lifecycle strategies are implemented effectively in our systems, teams and with external partners.

Responsibilities

Steer the DACH Customer Retention & Renewal Program and further develop it.
Translate global lifecycle concepts into functional processes and workflows.
Manage KPIs, reports and drive data‑based improvement measures.
Coordinate all relevant areas and external partners for a consistent Retention roadmap.
Reflect practical experience back to HQ and support the development of global standards.

Must Haves

Several years' experience in Customer Service, CRM, Process Management or a related role.
Understanding of healthcare or reimbursement processes in D/A/CH, or a willingness to learn quickly.
Experience with CRM systems and data‑driven work.
Structured, reliable work style and enjoyment of translating processes into practice.
Excellent German and good English proficiency – English is used regularly in coordination with HQ.

Nice to Have

Experience in regulated environments (e.g., MedTech, pharma, health insurers).
Basic knowledge of compliance requirements such as GDPR or medical device regulations.
Experience with O2C processes, contract cycles or automated customer journeys.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland and Austria.
