Customer Service Car Subscription Lease (m/f/d)

With their new sales concept - Car Subscription Lease - our client is a trendsetter and one of the leaders when it comes to inspiring new customers for their own brand world. For a monthly rate, customers always drive a current vehicle, selected from a pre-booked package: on request, the vehicle can be changed: a station wagon for holidays, a SUV for the weekend trip - or rather a high-horsepower coupe? Or for the way to work every 6 months a new compact-class vehicle? No problem for our client: Their customers only have to take care of refueling.

In order for the demanding clientele to be satisfied, we are looking for people like you (m/f/d) for the optimal disposition of the vehicles.

Customers often call spontaneously for long weekends, vacation time or after press reports or model changes. So you should be prepared to increase your call volume every now and then. Your tasks include:

1. Acquisition of the customer's request (model, equipment, appointment).
2. Reservation of the appropriate vehicle or offering alternatives if necessary.
3. Assistance with other requests (for example, damage reports, accident, date shift or vehicle modification).

For this, we are looking for employees who feel comfortable in customer service. With your positive attitude, you are able to offer the customer various alternatives if the desired combination of vehicle and date should not be available. You welcome new customers as if you were personally looking after them for years, and there is nothing too much to make the customer happy. You assist users struggling with the website.

In advance, you will receive detailed training on the IT systems used and the packages that can be booked. After a short time, you will feel confident in operating the applications - if you do not know what to do next, you have experienced colleagues around you who are happy to help you.

Currently, this service is available in selected countries only; therefore, we require either of the following language skills: French.
