Position Summary
Verwaltung der täglichen Kundendienstaktivitäten, einschließlich der Bearbeitung von Aufträgen

und deren Nachbereitung. Fest zugeordnetes Verkaufsgebiet (Deutschland).

Die Stelle ist zunächst 2 Jahre befristet zu besetzen.

Principal Responsibilities

• Erstellen und Ablegen von Kundenkorrespondenz / Kundenaufträgen (Bestellungen)
• Verfassen von standardisierten Dokumenten
• Durchführung der Auftragsabwicklung in Deutschland speziell für Rezeptbestellungen (Patienten)
• Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsanlage, Lieferungen, Rechnungskorrekturen
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Management, Außendienst (Business Unit unabhängig)
• Telefonische Kundenbetreuung zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen
• Durchführen von telefonischen Verkaufsaktivitäten
• Durchführen und Nachfassen von Musterbestellungen
• Aufnahme von kaufmännischen Reklamationen / Verbesserungen
• Erfassen / Weiterleiten eingehender Produktreklamationen
• Bearbeitung von Retouren und Versandnachweisen

Education / Experience Requirements

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Service
• MPG-Schulung (MPDG
• 83)

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (Windows Office / SAP)
• Akquisitionsstärke
• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit (schriftlich und mündlich)
• Zielorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Zielorientiert für die Ziele des Kunden
