The Geosystems Business Area of Hexagon provides digital solutions that capture, measure, and visualise the physical world, enabling data-driven transformation.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you are the central point of contact for all service cases – from order intake and scheduling to quotations, warranty and guarantee handling, as well as shipping and invoicing. You ensure that our customers are not only satisfied but truly impressed with our products, while coordinating internal processes, maintaining equipment and spare parts, and delivering service at the highest level.
