Position: Customer Service Agent or Tech Support Agent or Sales Support Agent

The job

• Chatting with customers via phone messages & email (no boring scripts, real conversations!)
• Helping out with cool products from World Market Leaders
• Solving hiccups and making customers smile
• Handling warranties & replacements
• Giving product tips & recommendations (because you know what’s best)

We need YOU because

• You speak the required language fluently (min. C1 level)
• You have strong English skills
• Youve got an eye for the detail
• Problem-solving is your superpower
• You act cool under pressure & you are able to stay calm and professional when things don’t go as planned
• Customer support, tech-support or sales experience is nice to have but not a dealbreaker!
