Customer Service Intern (German Speaking) (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for an intern in customer relations for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent position after the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi's networks across Europe via online and offline channels.
• Organize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of German (C2) and English in both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and Excel skills.
• Excellent online/offline marketing skills.
• Active, motivated team player; able to work independently.
• PC skills with the MS Office package.
