  • Key clients: United Airline, LATAM, Saoudia, Egypte Air…
  • Headcount : 600 people

As the commercial managerin the subsidiary:

  • you are the interface between our airline’s customersand the internal team
  • You will ensure allinformation (flight schedules, manuals, menu changes and any other instructions...)is distributed to all "key" people of the unit
  • Ensure information isclearly understood, completed and applied by everyone
  • Intensively control the complianceof the preparation and delivery of agreed services (flight checks, cheftables…).
  • Ensure billing iscorrect: all items are charged at the right price.
  • Provide excellentrelationship with Stakeholders to retain and create a unique operationaland commercial relationship.
  • Provide centralized andfluid external / internal operational communication between the unit andclients.
  • Control and monitors thecrew comment: adequate response within 24h00.
  • Ensure proper executionof corrective actions.
  • Create businessrelationships with new customers, allowing the signing of new contracts.
  • Ensure that the airlinequality dashboard is maintained.
