Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: You handle orders, complaints, dunning, and daily customer requests independently.
• Order Processing: You process customer orders accurately and on time in ERP/CRM systems.
• Order-to-Cash: You monitor the full order-to-cash cycle and actively manage follow-ups.
• Customer Communication: You respond quickly, clearly, and solution-oriented to customer inquiries.
• Stakeholder Coordination: You act as a central interface between customers, Sales, and internal teams.
• Process Improvement: You support continuous optimization of sales and service processes.
• Complaint Handling: You report complaints and delivery deviations within 24 hours.
• Compliance: You ensure adherence to internal policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education – Commercial Qualification: You have completed secondary education (AHS, HAK, HBLA) or hold a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a similar field.
• Work Experience – Order Management: You have experience in a similar role in customer service, supply chain, or order processing.
• Language Skills – German & English: You are fluent in German and English in daily business communication.

The gross annual fulltime salary is at least EUR 50.000 but of course we offer overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
