Customer Service Renewable Energy m/f/d

Our client is into solar modules and renewable energy services. They offer a wide range of products and solutions that enable high energy yields for residential and commercial photovoltaics systems and large power plants.

What will you be doing as a customer service rep (m/f/d):

1. Maintain the technical support hotline to provide support to users, installers, and customers
2. Use communication for basic bug fixes
3. Ensure that all customer contacts are handled efficiently and effectively
4. Provide first-level technical support for multiple product groups.
5. Ability to follow technical troubleshooting and technical guidance to solve or determine the escalation route.

Skills / required knowledge:

1. Customer and service-oriented attitude
2. Understands the importance of communication
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
4. Eye for detail
5. Fluent in French or Dutch
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Excellent organizational skills
8. Ability to analyze and solve problems
