As a Customer Service Representative, within our Daily Banking team and you will play a central role in supporting our customers. As the first point of contact, you focus on addressing concerns from various channels and ensure a positive customer experience. Job responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact, assisting our customers and helping them resolve their concerns.

• Ensure a satisfactory interaction and build close relationships with our customers through your commitment.
