With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.Duties and Responsibilities:  First contact for customers; answering customer inquiries and handling customer complaintsManagement of orders, timely order processing via the ERP system including customer-specific master data maintenanceSupporting the order-to-cash process (e.g. forecasting)Development of solutions for customer requirementsSuggestions for improvement with regard to the work processCarrying out the registration / filing / archiving of customer-relevant documentsClose cooperation with internal interfaces such as Sales and Supply ChainCompliance with applicable GLT guidelines and processes Hauptaufgaben und VerantwortlichkeitenErster Ansprechpartner für Kunden; Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen und Abwicklung von KundenbeschwerdenManagement von Aufträgen, fristgerechte Auftragsabwicklung über das ERP-System inklusive kundenspezifischer Stammdatenpflege Unterstützung des Order-To-Cash-Prozesses (z.B.
