Betterwood is the pioneer in German e-commerce for sustainable tropical timber products. Our mission: to actively contribute to rainforest protection through the sale of our products. We import directly, without intermediaries, and supply wholesalers, retailers, and end customers.

Our team consists of dedicated colleagues who work together as equals, with trust and mutual respect. We are looking for a full-time customer service employee at our Drolshagen location.

• Personal support for our customers on site in Drolshagen.
• Answering customer inquiries about products, orders, delivery times and payment options via various channels (email, telephone, Amazon, eBay, social media).
• Processing of complaints and queries regarding returns.
• Support in planning terraces and other projects using our products.
• Smooth internal communication at the interface between logistics, sales and accounting.

Your profile

Experience in e-commerce: Professional experience in customer service, ideally in the environment of Amazon, eBay or other online marketplaces.

• Technical understanding: Previous knowledge of WooCommerce is a plus, but not a must.

Personal initiative: Structured and independent way of working.

Linguistic proficiency: Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other languages are an advantage.
