Responsibilities

• You independently handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner
• You act as a reliable point of contact and support customers throughout their requests
• You ensure consistent phone availability and strictly uphold service standards
• You identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and actively contribute ideas

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

Must-have

• Proven experience in an inbound call center or customer service environment
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner
• High service orientation and a strong sense of ownership
• Structured working style, even when handling changing topics
• Very good command of German

Nice to have

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Experience or exposure to insurance or financial services
