That's The Job

• Customer support and consultation via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Processing of customer inquiries , complaints , and orders
• Maintenance and updating of customer data
• Tracking of deliveries, orders, and service cases
• Creation of quotations , order confirmations , and credit notes

That's You

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent degree
• Professional experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• High level of accuracy and diligence when handling customer requests
• Structured, independent, and reliable work ethic
• Strong service and solution orientation
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain overview even under high workload
