• Preparation of reports
• Checking the completeness of supplier orders
• Preparatory route planning
• Order processing
• Complaints management
• Regular dialogue with customers and suppliers
• Completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training in the commercial sector
• Knowledge of English
• Customer-orientated, independent, careful and systematic way of working
• Team-orientated work
• Very good computer skills
