About the Job: Concentrix is expanding rapidly across the Nordic market and is looking for Danish & English-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our SAS team. This is a mid-level position with opportunities for those having little or no experience.

Location: Aleja Solidarności 171, Warsaw, Poland. Comprehensive relocation support is provided to help you settle in smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
• Advise clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in client success.
• Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
• Assist customers with travel‑related issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Danish and English (C1 level preferred, but personality and skills can compensate).
• A positive attitude and a love for communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus, but not a requirement.
