Customer Solutions Engineer

Atmen is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our Operations Team and drive customer onboarding, implementation, and delivery.
This is a highly client-facing role, focused on ensuring customers successfully set up and operate Atmen’s platform. You will guide them through onboarding, help them upload and structure their data, validate configuration quality, and support them through pre-certification preparation and audit readiness.
You will work closely with customers, internal regulatory experts, and our product team - ensuring that customer feedback, issues, and real-world regulatory constraints are translated into actionable product improvements.

⚠️ This is not a software engineering role. You will collaborate closely with developers, but you will not be expected to fix code bugs or build core product features.

Ensure customers reach value fast and reliably by leading a structured onboarding and implementation journey — including platform setup, data readiness, quality checks, and operational support through certification milestones.
