Customer Success& Account Manager

Are you a fluent German speaker looking to take your career abroad and develop professionally in an international environment? We are seeking motivated Customer Success & Account Managers (CSAM) to join a dynamic sales-focused project based in Athens. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, supporting clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking client accounts
  • Build strong relationships through proactive communication and consultative support
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored product/service solutions
  • Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting to follow-up
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Track account performance and report key insights to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
  • Stay up to date on product updates, sales strategies, and market trends

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience in account management, customer success, or sales is a plus
  • Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
