ISS FWW is the leading German fund data supplier and has been part of the ISS STOXX since 2019.

With the data from the FWW fund database, FWW supports fund advisors and investors in making informed investment decisions.

We are currently looking to expand our team in Haar near Munich and looking for a Customer Success Data Manager for part‑time position.

You will assist our clients in transmitting fund data from the fund company to ISS FWW in regulated formats.

This requires written and telephone communication with our clients. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance of data and documents related to investment funds.

Your profile

• Precise, independent, and reliable working style with a high‑quality standard
• Team player, open and communicative nature
• Enjoyment in exchanging ideas with customers
• Logical, customer‑oriented, and solution‑oriented thinking
• Basic technical understanding
• Experience in customer service / after sales
• Interest in building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships
• Quick comprehension and high self‑motivation
• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Ideally, experience / training in the finance sector
