Customer Success & Growth Manager

I’m working with a fast-growing climate tech startup accelerating the renewable energy transition. They’re hiring their first Customer Success & Growth Manager, offering full ownership of the customer experience and the opportunity to build this function from the ground up.

What You’ll Do Take end-to-end ownership of customer relationships across the full lifecycle Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing support and incoming enquiries Lead onboarding, update and feedback calls, including product demos Collect, analyse and drive customer feedback into product and business improvements Build and maintain a scalable product knowledge hub (FAQs, tutorials, videos) Develop processes and tools to automate and improve customer care Support growth and marketing activities such as blog content, LinkedIn, webinars and events

What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Product (ideally SaaS or startup) Comfortable being a first hire and shaping processes from scratch Strong customer focus with a hands-on, proactive mindset Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Jira) Interest in climate tech / energy C1/ C2 German Required
