Position: Customer Success Manager

Seniority level: Mid‑Level

Location: Remote or Hybrid in Vienna

Availability: Full‑time

Salary: £30,000–45,000 base + commission

What we’re looking for

Fluent in both English and German, you will help our European clients achieve success with our platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance / Business Valuation, Customer Success or Account Management
• Ability to work remotely and autonomously
• Experience working in Customer Success or studies in Finance (ideally in the valuation sphere) – and an aptitude for the other
• A strong sense of motivation, a customer‑focused mindset, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to learn quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
• Analytical and process‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline‑driven environment
• Active team player, self‑starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
• Fluent / Native English & German
