Locations in Denmark, The Netherlands, and Germany offer a flexible setup: work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark, Netherlands, or Germany. Travel to partner offices in the DACH region may be required.

Experienced in Customer Success and proactive customer engagement.
Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.
Analytical, troubleshooting, perseverance, and patience.
Clear and positive communicator, able to break down complex challenges.
Experience delivering quality service on multiple accounts with tight deadlines.
Curious and collaborative in an international, global environment.
Self‑starter who works well in a team and takes on tasks with commitment.
Looking to grow in career and build foundational understanding of products, customers, industry.
Professional level German speaking – responsible for DACH markets.

Primary responsibilities

Serve as the voice of the customer and advise them throughout the entire lifecycle.
Ensure customer experience runs smoothly by proactively following up on issues and escalations, staying informed about upcoming feature releases.
Set up and host cadence calls with the customer.
Act as the customer’s designated point of contact.
Follow up on risks and issues and ensure proper stakeholder communication, internally and externally.
Prepare and support customer presentations and Executive Business Reviews.
Analyze data and collect feedback to support continuous improvement across all areas.
Proactively share best practice, facilitate training sessions and workshops.

Interview with Kenn Gudbergsen, Director of Customer Success, EMEA and leader for this position, and other relevant colleagues.
Personality‑based interview with online assessment (Hogan).
Assignment‑specific interview – case preparation and presentation.
Reference checks and background checks as needed.
Offer presentation and walk‑through.
