As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the DACH region, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Catenda’s solutions. Your mission is to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, drive customer satisfaction and retention, and identify growth opportunities within your portfolio.
Working closely with our Sales team, Product team, and your fellow Customer Success colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in the customer journey, from onboarding to renewal and expansion. By gathering and sharing insights from our users, you will help shape both our product roadmap and strategic direction.
You have 5–10 years of experience in or connected to the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
You’re curious, empathetic, and passionate about understanding customers’ workflows and challenges.
Experience or knowledge of BIM and digital construction technologies is a strong plus.
You have full professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
You thrive in a collaborative, international environment, and are comfortable working remotely or from our Karlsruhe office.
You’re willing to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and company gatherings.
