As we continue to scale across Europe, we’re investing in our Customer Experience function and expanding our regional footprint. This role is a unique opportunity to join Neurons during an exciting period of positive transformation and become our first Customer Success Manager dedicated to the DACH region. You will play a central role in shaping how we support, grow, and partner with DACH customers long-term. We’ll be collecting applications through the Christmas break and will start first-round reviews from early January. Thanks for your patience, and happy holidays!
In your first 3 months, you’ll take ownership of your portfolio in DACH and quickly build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders. By the end of your first 6 months, you’ll have driven product adoption and user engagement, while ensuring customer health remains a top priority.
In 12 months, you’ll have successfully driven renewals , identified upsell opportunities , and actively participated in cross-departmental initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
You will own the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, ensuring customers receive the full value from Neurons’ platform. You’ll monitor customer health, spot risks early, and address any issues proactively.
You’ll also work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to represent customer needs, suggest improvements, and drive product engagement across your accounts. Reactivating dormant users and expanding usage of Neurons’ product will be key priorities.
