About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the entire customer lifecycle for B2B clients in Europe – from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you will act as the main point of contact after the sale, ensuring customers achieve long-term value while identifying opportunities for growth.

This is a senior, strategic role with strong visibility across the business. You will start as a founding Customer Success Manager in the region, with the opportunity to build and scale the Customer Success function over time.

You will operate in a technical product environment, engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.

What will you do

  • Own and manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients
  • Drive customer retention, renewals, and revenue expansion (upsell & cross-sell)
  • Identify growth opportunities aligned with customer business goals
  • Monitor customer health and proactively mitigate churn risks
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Work with technical stakeholders
  • Build and optimize customer success processes, playbooks, and engagement strategies
  • Contribute to scaling the Customer Success function in the region

Ideally you bring

  • B2B SaaS Customer Success experience
  • Experience managing enterprise clients and complex customer relationships
  • Proven track record of driving renewals, retention, and account expansion
  • Experience owning the full customer lifecycle
  • Leadership experience OR experience leading initiatives/mentoring
  • Strong understanding of metrics such as NRR, churn, CSAT, and NPS
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Confidence in communicating with both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in international or multi-region environments
