Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) (Fluency German & English required)

VoiceLine is an ambitious, VC‑backed startup at the forefront of voice and AI technology. We are building an AI Assistant Platform for field sales, empowering sales organisations to sell more, make better decisions with powerful market analytics, and coach their teams to excellence at scale.

About Us

We work at the interface between voice input, AI, and complex CRM workflows, tackling real and interesting design challenges.

Your Mission

  • Primary contact for active customers, turning PoCs into successful accounts and long‑term customers.
  • Successfully activate customers through trainings and workshops.
  • Analyse data from customer interactions and work with the founding team to professionalise and standardise customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare business cases and presentations for C‑level decision‑makers, winning PoCs and deals.
  • Understand customer needs to identify product improvements and share insights with the product team.
  • Create case studies and/or white papers on successful implementations of VoiceLine.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in German and English. Clients are primarily German‑speaking; internal communication is in English.
  • Motivated to build a Customer Success team from the ground up, working independently and taking responsibility.
  • Talented organiser with a highly structured approach, capable of designing, implementing, and continuously improving processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; able to prioritise strategically across multiple projects.
  • Empathetic, excellent communicator at all management levels.
  • Enjoys building relationships with customers and working diligently so that customers accept you as a trusted advisor.
  • Basic technical understanding of digital products.
