Customer Success Manager for fast-growing Dutch Property-Tech SaaS solution 📍 Location and starting date: Remote role, open for candidates based in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, or Hamburg. They are transforming the real estate industry with their innovative SaaS platform. By centralizing communication, compliance, and documentation, our client empowers property owners and managers to work smarter and more transparently. What will you do?Be the go-to person for German clients: onboarding, training, and driving adoption during online meetings, as well as in-person visits at their offices.Build and optimize customer success processes for the German market.Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients get the most out of the platform.Gather feedback and work closely with product and leadership teams.Attend events to broaden the German network (no sales skills needed!).
