Lumiform is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company based in Berlin. Over 1,000 companies in more than 35 countries use our software to efficiently carry out digital checklists, audits, and inspections across multiple locations, processes, and shifts. Our mission is to provide operational teams with the tools to achieve top performance every day.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager:in – Growth & Expansion with a strong B2B SaaS background to strategically expand our existing customer relationships and drive sustainable growth.

We work hybrid and look forward to seeing you three days a week in our Berlin HQ (you decide the rest).

Aufgaben

  • You will be responsible for revenue growth in our existing customer base.
  • You will develop strategies for expansion and identify additional potential with Customer Success and Growth.
  • You will identify and implement upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
  • You will expand existing relationships, win new stakeholders in accounts, and expand our network.
  • You will win back inactive customers.
  • You will create offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • You will convince customers in demos, webinars, and product presentations.

Qualifikation

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Sales Manager, Account Executive, or Account Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Native-level German and fluent English (both are required).
  • Strong sense of recognizing customer needs and translating them into measurable results.
  • You have a „get-things-done“ mentality, enthusiasm, and a confident appearance.
  • Strong communication skills: you can present complex software in a simple and understandable way.
  • Organized, analytical, and independent, yet consistent and persistent in achieving goals.
  • KPI-oriented thinking and a passion for delivering real business impact.
  • Experience in conducting customer training, workshops, or webinars.
