Your mission

  • Own the onboarding journey for new B2B partners ensuring smooth integration training and activation of Tunzs eSIM and connectivity services.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the lifecycle managing renewals, performance reviews and proactive success planning.
  • Drive adoption and engagement by understanding each partner's goals and aligning Tunz capabilities to deliver measurable value.
  • Monitor account health using usage, revenue, and engagement metrics; take action to prevent churn and drive growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
  • Gather partner feedback and share insights with internal teams to inform product improvements and feature prioritization.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within Tunz advocating for needs that improve satisfaction, loyalty and long-term success.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Partner Management ideally in B2B SaaS, mobile tech or connectivity sectors.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and onboarding processes for enterprise or platform partners.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills across technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance and recommend improvements.
  • Comfortable managing multiple global accounts in a fast‑moving cross‑functional environment.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented and customer‑first approach to problem solving.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
