This is one of the core positions at Ark. Having built a successful sales motion in 2025, we are now focussing on increasing user activation and stickiness of the tool. We want to make sure our customers can’t live without Ark. Hence, we have combined responsibility for Customer Success and Product. The role is furthermore crucial since it is the fundament needed for Ark’s growth strategy which focusses strongly on increasing contracts with existing customers. You will be the sparring partner of our CEO on CX, Product and BizDev and work closely with our CEO, Sales and Tech lead. This is a senior role for an experienced operator, consultant or former founder who thrives on ownership and building from zero to one.
Own customer success end-to-end , ensuring fast time to value, strong product adoption and zero churn
Define the product roadmap in close collaboration with the CEO and Head of Engineering, based on deep customer insight and strategic priorities
Build trusted executive relationships with customers and drive retention, expansion, and revenue increase
Lead the customer success and product team , and create an outstanding work environment for them while ensuring scalability of customer success

5+ years of experience in a high paced environment such as early stage startups, consulting or VC
Background in Product, Customer Success, Business Development, or as a Founder
Proven track record of owning customer relationships, outcomes, including retention, expansion, and long term value creation
Strong product intuition and experience working closely with engineering to ship impactful improvements
Operational excellence, able to build processes and systems from scratch
Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with executives, founders, and senior stakeholders
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive strategic initiatives end to end
Exceptional German and English skills, both C1 or native
