Our client is a Global Technology Payments Vendor.. and we are building a team in Berlin. They have been operating in the German market for over a decade, and have a great brand already. This is a new build team and although we want consultants with 1-3 years experience, anyone that wants to get into sales as a hungry graduate is welcome to apply. We need Native or Fluent German speakers.

What do we need :

1) A growth mindset

2) Any sales experience is great. This is phone / office based based role helping the day to day operations of a Global brand.

So…..if you are bored of your current role and want to get into sales for an international company. - we can get you in-front of customers representing a leading technology platform.

What You’ll Do: Prospect and Build Relationships: Use your expertise to generate lists of prospective clients and manage the entire cycle, from the first call to closing the deal. Customized Solutions: Conduct engaging demos and tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations throughout the process. Market Insight: Understand the competitive landscape and position this Global Technology Vendor effectively to capture market share.

What We’re Looking For: Fluent German Speaker (C2/Native level) Experience: A background in an sales role (any field a plus). Commercially Savvy: A self-starter who thrives on connecting with potential clients. Communication Skills: Strong organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills that resonate at all decision-making levels. Proven Success: A track record of meeting and exceeding goals. Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; creative and flexible in your approach. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software and experience with a CRM is a plus.
