B2B Support & Project Specialist - German speaker (all genders)

Distribusion is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace that connects bus, rail and ferry operators with major online retailers. We are expanding globally and building a large network of transport providers and retailers.

We are looking for a B2B Support & Project Specialist to join the Operations team to drive quality improvements and manage projects for key partnerships.

What you will do

• Handle incoming requests from partners and users regarding bookings with efficiency and accuracy via our support channels (email, live chat and phone).
• Collaborate with tech, product, retail, and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of partner inquiries.
• Drive process improvements and advocate for feature enhancements to streamline operations and boost efficiency.

Workplace

Role based at our HQ in Berlin, with working hours from 10:00 to 19:00 CEST/CET, Monday to Friday.

Who you are

• You have experience in Customer Service. Knowledge of Live Chat and Phone support are a plus.
• You have strong networking, collaboration and communication skills to build lasting partner relationships.
• You are fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• You can quickly understand new technical topics and are organized to manage multiple initiatives with changing priorities.
• You can collaborate across different teams and geographies.
• Ideally, you have understanding or experience with SQL, APIs, basic programming, automation, and ticketing systems (not required but appreciated).
