Please note: This job is for our Night Team and it is based on a 3:3 working basis (3 days in, 3 days off) with a shift pattern of 10PM - 8AM

✅ Main Responsibilities:

• ✔️ Deliver exceptional support to our customers via phone calls, email and live chat, primarily in Danish
• ✔️ Handle inquiries with precision, care, and attention to content
• ✔️ Anticipate client needs and suggest effective solutions proactively
• ✔️ Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
• ✔️ Collaborate closely with our team to improve and streamline internal processes

✅ Requirements:

• ✔️ Fluency in both written and spoken English and Danish
• ✔️ Proactive mindset with a passion for customer support and sales
• ✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• ✔️ Strong attention to detail in every task
• ✔️ Previous experience in a support role is a plus
