Customer Support Agent with Polish (night shift)

Job Description

Are you fluent in Polish and English? Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support? If so, we want you to join our team at WeDoSupport on a fully remote basis.

This job is for our Night Team and it is based on a 3:3 working basis (3 days in, 3 days off) with a shift pattern of 11PM - 9AM (UTC+3)

Main Responsibilities

• ✔️ Deliver exceptional support to our customers via email and live chat, primarily in Polish.
• ✔️ Process inquiries with attention to detail and content.
• ✔️ Proactively identify clients' needs and suggest effective solutions.
• ✔️ Prioritize customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
• ✔️ Collaborate closely with our team to enhance and streamline processes.

Requirements

• ✔️ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Polish.
• ✔️ Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
• ✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• ✔️ Strong attention to detail.
• ✔️ Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
