Report to the Customer Support Center Manager (CSCM) and provide technical assistance and problem‑solving support to customers. Responsible for the provision of additional services and support activities for the service organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure a timely response to customer requests and act as the technical reference point.
• Guarantee provision of ancillary services.
• Collect and respond to calls from customers.
• Manage support tickets until resolved.
• Interface with customers to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Support the Spare Parts Department for procurement of materials.
• Report assistance interventions to inform customers and build a historical database for consultation.
• Set up, execute, and control the design of plant modernization orders.
• Be available for short periods of travel and outside working hours during on‑call shifts.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Good knowledge of English (additional language a plus).
• Proactivity and customer orientation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Teamwork attitude.
• Availability to travel and make shifts on call.
• Flexibility and resistance to stress.
• Excellent knowledge of office packages, especially Excel.
• In‑depth knowledge of programming applied to automation.
• Good knowledge of C++ and Visual Studio.
• Proficient in S7/TiaPortal programming (Rockwell welcome).
• Knowledge of Profibus, Profinet, and LAN networks.
• Reading and understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings (basic).
