As the first point of contact, you focus on addressing concerns from various channels and ensure a positive customer experience. Job responsibilities:

• Ensure a satisfactory interaction and build close relationships with our customers through your commitment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Fluency in German both spoken and written, along with solid English skills.
