We're looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our international team working fully remotely from anywhere in Greece. Your Responsibilities:

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat in German
• Provide outstanding service and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction

  Requirements:

  • German proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team-player attitude and a proactive mindset
  • Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
