Customer Support Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. This is a fully remote position based in Greece, including remote onboarding and training.

If you currently live outside Greece, we offer paid relocation to Athens and free accommodation for your first few weeks to ensure a smooth transition. Once settled, you may work remotely from anywhere in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat in German

• Resolve inquiries efficiently while following company procedures

• Maintain accurate records and escalate technical issues when necessary

• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
