We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist based in Germany who will be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure smooth, professional, and solution‑oriented use of our digital products.

Ihre Rolle

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for healthcare customers needing assistance. You will manage and forward support tickets via the Salesforce Cloud, upload raw data, and ensure each issue is routed to the correct expert. You will proactively seek solutions and improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • First point of contact for customer support in healthcare and use of our digital tools.
  • Organise and manage incoming support requests.
  • Ensure tickets are assigned to the right internal experts.
  • Upload raw data files as part of the support workflow and validate them.
  • Investigate and solve customer issues proactively.
  • Support the introduction and implementation of digital product applications.
  • Contribute to customer success initiatives and ongoing support.
  • Prepare and conduct customer workshops.
  • Support development of new digital tools and features.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing in day‑to‑day operations.

Anforderungen

  • 3–6 years of experience in healthcare, ideally supporting digital solutions.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Public Health, Informatics or equivalent practical experience.
  • In‑depth knowledge of clinical workflows; operating theatre experience is a plus.
  • Existing network within healthcare (e.g., hospitals, medical technology, KIS providers).
  • Ability to build long‑term relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Solid IT proficiency and confident use of digital platforms.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
