Customer Support Specialist (German)

Are you ready to put your German at C2 level and English at B2 level skills to work all while enjoying the sunny vibes of Lisbon? Were on the hunt for motivated and solution-driven Customer Service Specialists to join a buzzing e-commerce support team right in the heart of this vibrant city.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Work on-site with rotating shifts, delivering top-notch support to German-speaking customers in a fast-paced, exciting e-commerce world.

Your schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday
  • 07:00 - 23:00 (rotating shifts, so you get variety!)
  • 2 rotating days off each week (because rest matters)
  • And hey, maybe one day 24/7 shifts but well keep you posted!

  • Providing awesome customer support in German via phone, chat, and email
  • Handling every question with professionalism and a dash of empathy

  • German at C2 level
  • English at B2 level
  • Ready and able to work on-site in Lisbon
  • Great communication skills and a lets get it done attitude
