Customer Support Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker)

🇻🇳 Now we're looking for Vietnamese speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

💼 Your Shift

Working Hours: 09 AM - 18 PM, 14 PM - 23 PM and 17 PM - 02 AM which is rotating each week
Working days: 5 days work, 2 days rest on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance;
Entry level position - you can apply with little or no experience.

✅ Responsibilities:

• ✔️ Providing support in Vietnamese and English by email and Live chats;
• ✔️ Processing with great attention to details and content;
• ✔️ Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
• ✔️ Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
• ✔️ Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

✅ Qualifications:

• ✔️ Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken;
• ✔️ Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
• ✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• ✔️ Attention to detail;
• ✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
