We are seeking a Customer Training Team Lead to lead our onboarding and implementation efforts. This role ensures new customers achieve fast, reliable Time-to-Value , while maintaining a scalable delivery model. The Manager owns the people, processes, and capacity of the Engagement Team , working closely with Vertical Leads to refine vertical‑specific rollout playbooks.
