Cyber Defense Specialist (all genders welcome)

To enhance our IT team at our location in Lingen we are looking for a Cyber Defense Specialist to join our group‑wide security operations team. As part of ROSEN’s international operations, you will help protect the company’s intellectual property, customer value and jobs by preventing economic damage.

Your Responsibilities

Identify new cybersecurity threats and implement countermeasures across the ROSEN Group.
Conduct regular penetration tests and harden our system landscape.
Support risk dialogue for SaaS applications, suppliers, and respond to security incidents.
Act as the point of contact for all security aspects throughout the project lifecycle in international IT projects.
Take technical lead on IT projects with a security focus and administer security products in business operations.
Expand ROSEN’s ISMS with additional guidelines, instructions, and procedures.
Protect the company’s global business operations and report to the group CISO.

What you will bring

Degree in computer science or equivalent.
Over 4 years of experience in information security.
Advanced knowledge of IT security and IT risk management.
Professional experience operating one or more security products.
Interest in continuous professional development (training courses, conferences).
Good communication skills in English and German (spoken and written).
A true team player who remains calm under pressure.
